My Tickets

View and filter all tickets currently assigned to you.

My Tickets

The My Tickets view gives you a personal dashboard, providing a consolidated view of all tickets for any support team you are a part of, complete with filters and pagination.

When to use this

Use My Tickets when you want to see your current workload, check on past tickets, or quickly jump to a ticket you're working on.

How to use it

Open My Tickets

Navigate to the Treqdesk App Home in Slack and click the View My Tickets button in the "My Tickets" section. A modal opens immediately.

Alternatively, you can type the /mytickets slash command anywhere in Slack to open this view.

Browse your tickets

The modal shows up to 5 tickets at a time, sorted by most recent. Each ticket displays:

  • Ticket ID and title
  • Current status
  • Team name
  • Creation date

Filter by status

Use the filter dropdown to narrow your view:

FilterWhat it shows
ActiveOnly In Progress tickets (your current active workload) — this is the default
OpenOnly Open tickets (unassigned or waiting) in teams you belong to
DoneOnly Resolved tickets
AllEvery ticket assigned to you, plus all Open tickets in teams you belong to

If you have more than 5 tickets matching the filter, use pagination buttons at the bottom to move between pages.

Actions from My Tickets

You can take actions directly from the My Tickets modal. Clicking action buttons on a ticket (like Complete or Close) updates the ticket and refreshes the modal view automatically.

The My Tickets view requires Agent role or above. Members cannot use it because they can't have tickets assigned to them.
